  • Submission of a Vendor Application does not guarantee a space at the requested event.

  • Approved vendors will receive an email from Pac West  Racing Productions with a Vendor Agreement, which must be completed and returned to Pac West Racing Productions.

  • All vendor spaces must be paid in advance or setup will not be permitted.

  • Please review the Vendor Contract  for additional information.
